Duever greenhouse was founded in 1968 by Mary Duever on the property that used to belong to her grandfather, John Hezel, and was part of a dairy farm. The greenhouse was run and operated by her third oldest child, Judy, and had annuals, perennials, tropicals, cacti, and vegetables for sale. In the late summer, you could find a produce stand in the front yard.
